Program Description: The CareerSwitch Program is a comprehensive training initiative aimed at assisting individuals in making successful career transitions. Whether you're seeking a new professional direction or looking to acquire skills for a different industry, this program provides the guidance, training, and support needed to make a smooth switch to a rewarding career.

Program Duration: 12 Weeks 

Program Objectives:

By the end of the CareerSwitch Program, participants should be able to:

•  Identify Career Goals: Define clear career objectives and identify target industries or job roles for their career switch.
•  Skill Development: Acquire essential skills and knowledge relevant to the desired career path, including technical, soft, and industry-specific skills.
• Resume and Interview Preparation: Craft effective resumes and cover letters tailored to the new career, and prepare for job interviews with confidence.
• Networking Skills: Develop networking strategies and connect with professionals in the target industry for job opportunities and insights.
• Job Search Strategies: Learn effective job search techniques, including online job platforms (Remote work opportunities) company research, and leveraging personal connections.
• Industry Insights: Gain a deep understanding of the chosen industry's trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Portfolio Building: Create a professional portfolio or project showcase to demonstrate skills and expertise to potential employers.
• Career Transition Plan: Develop a personalized career transition plan outlining steps, milestones, and timelines for switching careers.

Program Schedule:

• The program schedule with classes, workshops, and activities scheduled on weekends ONLY. 
• Classes run from January to March every year.
• Sessions are held from Friday and Saturday 2pm - 5pm daily.
