The representative of Delta State Ministry of Science and Technology,Other Government Functionaries present,Gentlemen of the press,Ladies and Gentlemen.

I feel highly honoured to be given this opportunity to address this great audience. To say that today is very significant in the history of this great institution is an understatement.
First, it is a day set aside for us to celebrate great vision, hard work, and academic excellence. Second, it is also instructive that in spite of the numerous challenges facing our country today, the management and staff of Schoolville, Asaba, still find the strength to make this auspicious occasion of the 2024 First Quarter Graduation Ceremony of the school an exciting reality. There is no gainsaying that you have laid a solid foundation for launching incredible talents onto the world stage through Science and Technology Education. 
Also, by situating this giant edifice in the heart of the state capital, you have not only made learning seamlessly accessible to knowledge seekers in Asaba, but to Delta State in general. It is worthy of note that the vision behind the establishment of this great institution is to advance Information Communication Technology (ICT).
Indeed, you deserve all commendation! To the graduands of the day, you are incredible in diverse ways. Having endured the rigors of academic tutelage laden with numerous challenges, culminating in your earning deserving certificates, you have done well, and I congratulate you. 
You will agree with me, ladies and gentlemen, that the process of going through the mill of educational pursuit has exposed these unique children to possess insight into abounding opportunities. This also underscores the standards set by this great citadel of learning. In line with the theme of this year’s graduation ceremony, “Bridging Talent with Opportunity,” it is now incumbent on you to rise up and play your part as people of exceptional talents to make your own contributions within the boundless space in our economy.
As we are all aware, the government of Delta State under the leadership of our amiable Governor, Rt. Hon. Sherriff Oborevwori, places high premium on science and technology education. Little wonder there is this profound synergy between this great school and the State government. At this juncture, ladies and gentlemen, let me enjoin the graduands whom we are celebrating today to always imbibe the principles of hard work, sincerity of purpose, self-reliance, and focus.
