Program Overview
The Schoolville CareerSwitch Program (CSP) is a structured career transition initiative designed for Africans who are:
Tired of their current jobs
Stuck in low-growth or unstable industries
Seeking higher income, flexibility, or global relevance
Interested in emerging technology skills
CSP enables participants to reset their careers by acquiring practical, job-ready, and future-proof skills in technology, engineering, and digital innovation, without requiring a prior tech background.

Program Description
CSP is a guided transformation journey, not just a training course.

The program is tailored for Africa’s workforce realities, flexible schedules, applied learning, affordable tools, and real economic outcomes.
Frequency: 3 Days per Week
Session Length: 3 Hours per Session
•2 Hours Guided Practical Training
•1 Hour Practice, Mentorship or Labs

Morning classes (9:00 am – 12:00 noon)
Afternoon classes (1:00 pm – 4:00 pm)
Evening classes for working professionals (5:00 pm – 7:00 pm)
