Course Outcome

By the end of the course, learners will be able to:

  1. Produce accurate 2D and 3D CAD models using industry tools

  2. Apply design thinking and product development methodologies

  3. Create assemblies, exploded views, and technical drawings

  4. Generate CAM toolpaths for CNC machining and fabrication

  5. Perform basic simulations and design validation

  6. Prepare designs for manufacturing and prototyping

  7. Present and defend a complete product design capstone

  • Digital Literacy & Productivity Skills

  • Basic technical drawing knowledge (recommended but not mandatory)
